A 30–50% deposit (depending on project size and urgency) is required to reserve time and begin work on any freelance writing or editing project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers time spent on research, planning, and early drafts.

Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you choose to cancel before work begins, a partial refund of the deposit may be issued at my discretion.

Rush fees may apply for projects with tight turnarounds (typically less than 48–72 hours). These fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the work starts. Rush fees are non-refundable.

If you're not satisfied with the final project, I offer a round (or two) of reasonable revisions to get things where they need to be. However, full refunds are not provided after delivery, unless we’ve discussed and agreed on a specific exception.
